“A person’s tragedy does not make up their entire life. A story carves deep grooves into our brains each time we tell it. But we aren’t one story. We can change our stories. We can write our own.” -Amy Poehler

Welcome; I am so glad you’re here.

My name is Zach (he/him), and I would be honored to accompany you on your therapy journey. Finding a therapist is a brave first step toward deeper healing, and whether you are new to counseling or have been many times, I am here to support you along the way.

As a licensed professional counselor, I believe therapy is all about finding the right relational and therapeutic fit and collaborating together toward improved mental health, deeper connections, and an increased sense of wellbeing.

Here you can learn more about my approach, the concerns I work with, and my current availability and pricing to see if we might be the right fit in working together. And if you have a question that I don’t answer, please reach out! I’d love to connect.

Whatever the reason that has brought you here today, your story is important and you are welcome just as you are. I can’t wait to meet you.
